Abstract :Bu çalışmanın amacı, örgütsel ve çevresel faktörlerin örgütsel yenilik üzerine etkisinin araştırılmasıdır. Daha önceki bilimsel çalışmalara dayanarak araştırma soruları belirlenmiştir. Türkiye’de faaliyet gösteren 993 KOBİ üzerinde anket vasıtasıyla araştırma yürütülmüş ve sonuç olarak, örgütsel ve çevresel faktörlerin örgütsel yenilik üzerinde istatistiki anlamda önemli bir etkisi olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
