Abstract :Disease control in organic agriculture is based on preferential treatment of advanced cultivation techniques rather than to be involved directly applications to pathogens. Powdery mildew insert ignore into journalissuearticles values( Erysiphe necator Schwein syn Uncinula necator insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Schwein.); Burrill); is a destructive disease with its variable disease incidence and severity depending upon years. With this study; we aimed to determine the effect of cultural practice and alternative chemicals on E. necator and yield/quality; intended for control of powdery mildew which is an important problem of vine cultivation in the organic a griculture conditions. The research was carried out for 3 years in “Sultana Seedless Grape” fields in Alaşehir - Yeşilyurt foundation which is belong to Manisa Viticulture Research Station. It was determined that there is an disease control in fields in which leaf removal are conducted when compared with organic fields and conventional control in which leaf removal are not conducted. The repeated strong negative relationship insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(r = -0.85); has been determined between leaf removal and disease severity during research. Powdery mildew disease severity show statistically significant reduction in fields which is treated with sulfur and sodium bicarbonate dependent on years when compared with conventional controls. Strongly negative relationship insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(r=-0,82/-0,87); was determined between powdery mildew disease severity and yield values. There were no significant adverse effects on criteria of yield quality as a consequence of leaf removal process. Strong positive interaction insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(r = + 79 / + 93); was determined between leaf removal process and yield quality.
