Abstract :The aim of our study is to evaluate the financial performance of participation banks operating in Turkey. In our study, the performances of 2 public capital and 3 private capital participation banks operating in the Turkish banking sector in 2022 were analyzed with the GRİ Relational Analysis Method, one of the multi-criteria decision-making techniques. In the study, 6 main criteria and 18 sub-criteria consisting of banks\\\' asset quality, capital adequacy, liquidity, balance sheet structure, income-expense structure and profitability ratios were used using the GRİ Relational Analysis Method. It is seen that the balance sheet structure, asset quality and profitability of banks with high financial performance are more important in the 2022 period. According to the analysis results; According to the gray relationship degrees of 2022, the first 3 banks with the best financial performance are Ziraat Katılım, Kuveyt Türk and Vakıf Katılım banks, respectively
