Abstract :ÖZET Çok dilli sözlükler arasında önemli bir yere sahip bulunan Kamiıs-i Fransevi Şemsettin Sa.mi'nin en önde gelen eserlerinden biridir. İkinci baskısı 1898'de yapılan sözlük, 35000 kelimeden ibaret olup 2000 sayfadır. Eserde kelimelerle ilgili pek çok örnekler bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmada sözlü~ün kelime yapısı ve sözlük düzeni, değişik görüşler de göz önünde bulundurularak incelenmiştir. AB8TRACT Kamusi Fransevi, Which has an important place in our multilingualsim dictionaries is one of the most important works of Şemsettin Sdıni. The Dictionary of which the second edition was made in 1898, consists of the 35.000 words, 2000 pages. In the work, there are a lot of samples related to the words. In this study, the world number of the dietionary and the dictionary order were examined by being noticcd also the different ideas.
