Abstract :ÖZET Bir milletin kendi kültür degerlerini ortaya çıkarması ve onu genç nesiine tanıtabilmesi, gelecege güvenle bakabilmesinin en önemli şartıdır. Dr. Hüseyin Akyüz'ün "Kutadgu Bilig'de Sosyo-Pedagojik ve Siyasal Söylem" adlı eseri bu münasebetle önemli bir çalışmadır. Ona göre Yusuf Has Hacib analitik bir düşünür ve tam bir insan mühendisidir. Kutadgu Bilig ise bir Türk Şehnamesi ve bir Türk Magna Carta'sıdır. Türk Gençligi bu eseri tanımalıdır. ABSTRACT Bringing oul a nation's own cultural valves and inlroducing them the younger generalions inlo the fulure with contidence. For thal reason Dr.Hüseyin Akyüz's work antitled "Kuladgu Bilig'de Sosyo-Pedagojik ve Siyasal Söylem" is a very important study. Accarding to (DLHüseyin Akyüz), Yusuf Has Hacib İs an onolytic thinker and a complete Human engineeL Kutadgu Bilig is a Turkish masterpiece and a Türkish "Magna Carta" too Turkish Youth must reconije this work.
