Abstract :ÖZET Batı tesirinde gelişen Türk edebiyatında, "Ara Nesil" olarak adlandırılan yazar ve şairler içerisinde özeIlikle roman ve hikaye türünde eser veren N. Niizıın, hikiiyeleriyle hikiiyeciliğimizin gelişmesine büyük katkıda bulunmuştur. Karabibik dışında yayınlanmış on hikayesi daha bulunan yazar, realist bir anlayışı savunmasına rağmen bu hikayelerinde romantizmin tesirinden kurtulamamıştır. Hikaye unsurlarını kuIlanrna açısından ilk hikayelerinden itibaren giderek daha başarılı örnekler sunmuştur. ABSTRACT N.Nazım,who wrote novels and story, especially one of the writers and poets who are called "Interim Generation" in Turkish Literature that was influend by Europan Literature.He helped to improve our story.writer who wrote ten story except Karabibik.Although,he supported realism,he could not help effects of romantism.He succesful samples after him fırst story in aspect of elemant of story.
