Abstract :ÖZET Osmanlı Devlet'inde çeşitli memuriyet görevinde bulunan kişilerin sicil kayıtlarının düzenli olarak tutulması 1879 yılında başladı. Bu çalışmada, Başbakanlık Osmanlı Arşivi'nde bulunan Sicill-i Ahviil Defterleri esas alınarak günümüzdeki Manisa ili ve bağlı kazalarda doğmuş mülki memurlar tanıtılmaya çalışılmıştır. Anahtar Kelimeler: Manisa, vilayet, kaza, nahiye, tayin, maaş. ABSTRACT The register of the officers who have taken some position in Ottoman Empire were regularly recorded in 1879. In this study, the registers of births deaths and marriages (Sicill-i Ahval) in the Ottoman Archives Prime Minister have been taken essentially, and civil officers who were bom in Manisa and ve Manisa's towns have been introduced.
