Abstract :ÖZET Osmanlı Devleti'nin zirveye Çıktığı dönemlerin en önemli bilgini Ebusulıd Efendi'dir. 0, Kanuni Sultan Süleyman'ın ~cyhlllisli\mıdır. Onun bu şöhretinden yararinnmak isteyen ve adına iznfeten ris51eler yazan kimseler buıunnıu~tur. Risi\le, özellikle iran Sufcvı Devleti ne kar~ı kamuoyu oluştllrmak ve i19i li leri göreve çağırmak maksadıyla yazılmıştır. içinde farklı isimlere ait fetvalar da yer almaktadır. ABSTRACT EbussUlId is the most imporlant scholar at top periocls of Otoman Empire. He is the higgest mufti of Kanuni Sultan SuIcYl11an. There an: sorııe authors taking advanıage from his repuıalion and writing papers for him. The paper was especially writtcn LO reople against LO Iranian Safewi Sıate ancl to call administraLOrs for their missions. The paper has also religional decisioııs written by differellt individuals.
