Abstract :ÖZET Mevlânâ, gerek iradî gerekse doğal ölümü ölümsüz hayat için bir başlangıç ve geçiş olarak değerlendirmektedir. Ona göre insan, doğal ölümü yaşamadan önce iradî ölümle olgunlaşmalı ve sevgiliye kavuşma anını beklemelidir. Makalemizde onun iradî ve doğal ölüm anlayışını ölümsüzlük düşüncesiyle birlikte değerlendirmeye çalışacağız. Anahtar Kavramlar: İradî ölüm, doağl ölüm, ölümsüzlük, Mevlânâ, Eflatun ABSTRACT Mevlânâ evaluates voluntary and natural death as beginning and bridge of immortality. According to him, man must be mature with voluntary death, and wait for encountering to beloved before he experiences natural death. In our article we try to examine his voluntary and natural death with the thought of immortality.
