Therefore, the primary school principals who are responsible in areas that shape the future of a country are expected to be leaders that can gather several staff together with various fields of expertise around a common goal, and enable them to take risks pertaining to the future, use new and effective teaching methods, leverage the reflections of technology on education efficiently, and keep up with change and innovation
