Abstract :Yetmifl üç yaflında erkek hasta burunda büyüme ya- kınması ile baflvurdu. Sorun rinofima olarak değer- lendirildi ve kitle lokal anestezi altında eksize edildi. Kolumella, burun ucu bölgesi, burun kanatları bölge- si ve burun sırtı derisini kapsayan, perikondrium ve periostu koruyan doku rezeksiyonu yapıldı. Hemos- tazı takiben defektli alana supraklaviküler alandan alınan tam kalınlıkta deri grefti bohça pansuman desteği ile taflındı. Bir yıl sonraki kontrollerde renk ve kalite olarak deri greftinin bölgeye iyi uyum sağla- dığı gözlendi
