Abstract :Osteomlar yüz kemiklerinde en sık görülen, daha çok frontal sinüzite ya da komplikasyonlarına ait bulgularla ortaya çıkan tümörlerdir. Altı yıl önce al- nında bafllayan fliflliğin giderek büyümesi nedeniy- le kliniğimize baflvuran 21 yaflındaki erkek hastada yüzde asimetri, sağ gözde laterale itilme ve görme bozukluğu saptandı. Kranyal ve orbital bilgisayarlı tomografide sağ orbita medyal duvarda yoğun ke- miksel kitle lezyonu gözlendi. Bikoronal cilt insizyo- nu ile girilerek kitle tümüyle çıkarıldı. Frontal ve et- moid sinüsler yağ dokusu ile dolduruldu. Ameliyat- tan sonra ikinci ayda hastanın görmesi düzeldi; al- tıncı aya kadar herhangi bir komplikasyon ya da nüks görülmedi
