Abstract :Yirmi altı yaşında erkek hasta kronik sol kulak akın- tısı ile kliniğimize başvurdu. Öyküsünden çocuklu- ğunda menenjit geçirdiği öğrenildi. Temporal bilgisa- yarlı tomografi BT incelemesinde labirentin sklero- tik doku ile oblitere olduğu saptandı. Bilgisayarlı to- mografi bulguları ile labirentitis ossifikans tanısı kon- du. Bilgisayarlı tomografi görüntüleme, labirentitis ossifikans tanısında uygun bir yöntemdir; aynı za- manda özellikle koklear implantasyon ameliyatı ön- cesi hastaların değerlendirilmesinde önemlidir
