Abstract :Baş-boyun bölgesi plazma hücreli neoplazmları ke- miğin ekstramedüller plazmositomu, kemiğin soliter plazmositomu veya multipl miyelomun lokal tutulu- mu olabilir. Dört gündür çift görme yakınmasıyla baş- vuran 70 yaşında erkek hasta kliniğimizde değerlen- dirildi. Hastanın manyetik rezonans görüntülemesin- de sfenoid sinüste yumuşak doku kitlesi saptandı. Biyopsi sonucu multipl miyelom tanısı kondu. Multip- le miyeloma yönelik tıbbi tedavi uygulanan hasta bir yıl sonra kaybedildi
