Abstract :Bu çalışmada iki taraflı izole stapedial tendon ossifikasyonlu bir olgu nadir bir klinik durum olması nedeni ile sunuldu. Kırk altı yaşında kadın hasta iki taraflı işitme kaybı yakınması ile kliniğimize başvurdu. Otomikroskobik muayenede iki taraflı kulak zarı normal renk ve görünümde idi. Odyogramda saf ses hava kemik yolu açıklığı 1 kHz ve 4 kHz’de iki taraflı 20-25 dB arasında idi. İki taraflı orta kulak basıncı normal ve stapes refleksi negatifti. Ameliyat öncesi tanı otoskleroz idi. Sağ tanısal timpanotomi yapıldı. İzole stapedial tendon ossifikasyonu saptandı. Tendon kesilmesi ile normal stapes haraketi sağlandı. Üç ay sonra aynı işlem sol kulağa uygulandı. Ameliyat sonrası odyogramda saf ses hava kemik yolu açıklığı iki taraflı 0.5 kHz, 1 kHz ve 2 kHz’de 0 dB ve 4 kHz’de 5-10 dB idi.Bu çalışma, 1.
