Abstract :Fibröz displazi, kemiğin nadir ve yavaş seyirli benign bir tümörüdür. Benign bir tümör olmasına karşın, malign transformasyon potansiyeli mevcuttur. Fibröz displazi bir veya birden fazla sayıda kemiği tutabilir. Baş ve boyun bölgesinde en sık maksilla ve man- dibulada görülmektedir. Paranazal sinüs tutulumu nadirdir. Semptomatik fibröz displazili hastaların tedavisinde cerrahi eksizyon tercih edilir. Bu yazıda frontal sinüste fibröz displazi tanısı konulan 54 yaşın- daki bir erkek hasta sunuldu
