Abstract :Anjiyofibromlar, histolojik olarak benign, fakat lokal destrüktif etkisi olan kapsülsüz, oldukça vasküler tümörlerdir. Anjiyofibromlar çoğunluk- la nazofarenks arka-yan duvardan köken alır. Ekstranazofarengeal anjiyofibromlar ise, son derece nadir olup, en sık maksiller ve etmoid sinüste izlenir. Bu makalede, baş ağrısı yakın- masıyla kliniğimize başvuran ve sfenoid sinüs kaynaklı anjiyofibrom izlenen 21 yaşında erkek bir olgu sunuldu
