Abstract :Baş ve boyun bölgesindeki büyümüş lenf nodu kulak burun boğaz hastalıkları uzmanlarına başvurunun yaygın bir nedenidir. Kronik lenfadenopatilerin ayırıcı tanısında enfeksiyon, lenfoproliferatif hastalıklar ve germinal merkezlerin progresif transformasyonun düşünülmesi gerekir.
