Abstract :Rino-orbito-serebral mukormikozis akut başlayan ve sıklıkla ölümcül olan bir hastalıktır. Risk faktörleri arasında kontrolsüz diyabetes mellitus, hematolojik maligniteler ve uzun süreli kortikosteroid kullanımı yer alır. Erken tanı ve tedavi önemlidir. Altta yatan nedenler tedavi edilmeli, cerrahi debridman yapılmalı ve uygun antifungal ilaçlar verilmelidir. Bu yazıda rino-orbito-serebral mukormikozis gelişen, cerrahi debridman ve amfoterisin B terapisi ile tedavi edilen iki diyabetik ketoasidoz hastası sunuldu
