Abstract :İyi diferansiye papiller tiroid karsinomu sıklıkla bölgesel lenf nodlarına metastaz yapar ve hastalarda genellikle servikal veya mediastinal lenfadenopati olur. Bu yazıda, bildiğimiz kadarıyla daha önce bildirilmemiş bir görünüm olan lenf nodu metastazı olmadan karaciğer kitlesi olarak ortaya çıkan hepatik metastazlı bir papiller tiroid karsinomu olgusu sunuldu
