Abstract :The idea of quiet quitting has garnered quite the amount of interest lately in the corporate world. Since quiet quitting is a behavior that affects the effectiveness and productivity of employees, it has drawn the attention of managers and human resources professionals to this issue. In general, quiet quitting is characterized as the employee\\\'s minimal contribution to the job, voluntarily reducing the amount of work done and refraining from taking on extra duties and responsibilities instead of quitting the current job. The motivation and morale of the organization\\\'s human resources are linked to the accomplishment of its goals. The employees who do not receive sufficient morale and motivational support silently cut their ties with their jobs. This situation makes it challenging for organizations to have a sustainable future. The study\\\'s goal is to investigate the problem of quiet quitting, which is becoming increasingly prevalent among employees nowadays. In this context, the points that managers should take into consideration in order to better understand and prevent quiet quitting are emphasized.
