Abstract :We propose that Fermi’s Paradox about `Where are the Extraterrestrails?` canbe solved on the basis of the mathematical theory of spread of stochasticrumours developed by Daley and Kendal insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(1964);, Maki and Thompson insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(1973); andBelen and Pierce insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(2004);. Analytical formulations and their simulations showthat a certain fraction of possible expansion space of a rumour can never bereached; similarly, Earth may had also fallen into this category ofnever-reachable planets in a possible network of communicating civilizationsin the Milky Way.
Keywords : Stochastic rumour models, simulations of rumor models, Fermis Paradox, Drakes Equation, Kepler Satellite
