Abstract :Taking into account the results found by analyzing the Kepler data together with our new photometric observations as well as new spectroscopic observations, we present new findings about a highly eccentric detached eclipsing binary, KIC 4473933. For the primary and secondary components, we estimated that the radii of components were 1.80 Rsun and 8.98 Rsun, while the masses were 0.70 Msun and 0.40 Msun. We found a remarkable third light excess as much as ~70% of all total light. The frequency analysis of variations at out-of-eclipses reveals that the target exhibits pulsation. The g−modes seem to be dominant, but we noticed that the third body should be a long period pulsating star, depending on the ground-based observations. Keywords : photometric, data analysis, eclipsing binary, statistical KIC4473933
