Abstract :Severe thrombocytopenia is a cause of morbidity and mortality for patients with COVID-19 infection. The common causes of thrombocytopenia in these patients are; sepsis, drug-associated, disseminated intravascular coagulation insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(DIC);, heparin-associated thrombocytopenia insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(HIT);, microangiopathic hemolytic anemia insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(MAHA);. Recently, cases of COVID-19 infection-associated Immune thrombocytopenic purpura insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(ITP); have been reported in the literature. In our study, we will present our case series consisting of 10 patients associated with COVID-19
