Abstract :COVID-19 first emerged in China, spread quickly, and was declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization. Neurological complications have led to important symptoms in patients diagnosed with COVID-19. These symptoms have substantially affected patients\` quality of life, caused them to depend on others, and prolonged their recovery processes with anxiety and hopelessness. In this case report, the care process applied to an individual who developed quadriplegia due to neurological involvement after COVID-19, according to the \`Nursing Model Based on Activities of Living\`, is shared. With effective evidence-based nursing care, the patient\`s quality of life was improved, existing problems were alleviated, and the patient was protected against complications.
