Abstract :Collaboration, which is an important component in supporting student development, is defined as a way of working and interacting with other people for common purposes (Carlisle et al., 2005). In collaboration, it is aimed that each individual who is responsible for determining student needs and planning the necessary services voluntarily come together and provide quality educational services for the student (Shippen et al., 2005). At the same time, it is stated that teachers\' supporting each other by working in cooperation will increase the efficiency in teaching and their self-confidence (Pugach & Blanton, 2009). However, national and international research suggests that collaboration between schools, families and other stakeholders is not at the desired level (Anastası̇ou et al., 2011; Çetin, 2004; Forte & Flores, 2014). In this study, the importance of collaboration between schools, students, families and other stakeholders in the community, the principles that should be considered in successful collaboration, the problems encountered and the strategies developed to overcome these problems are discussed. The first chapters of the book focus on school and district level collaboration, followed by student-focused collaboration in the following chapters. One of the striking details of the book is that it offers readers practical experiences by including case studies within the chapters and at the end of the chapters. This book, which is thought to shed light on schools, families and other stakeholders in the collaboration process, consists of a total of 17 chapters and 321 pages.
