Abstract :The aim of this study is to systematically examine group interventions for individuals with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in Turkey, focusing on the fields of psychological counseling, psychiatry, psychiatric nursing, and psychology. The study followed the PRISMA guidelines. Master’s and doctoral theses published between 1991 and 2025 were evaluated. A total of 866 records were screened from the YÖKTEZ database, and eight theses with true or quasi-experimental designs were identified. These theses assessed various variables, including emotion regulation, parenting practices, and executive functions. The studies were conducted with individuals aged 6 to 30 years, with the age range not specified in one study that involved only adults. Interventions were generally face-to-face, based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and ranged from 6 to 14 sessions. The findings indicate that three studies were fully effective, four were partially effective, and one was ineffective. This review provides an overview of group interventions for ADHD in Turkey and demonstrates that, theoretically, CBT and emotion-focused approaches are particularly prominent. Keywords : Dikkat eksikliği ve hiperaktivite bozukluğu, sistematik derleme, grup çalışmaları
