Abstract :Biophilic design has become one of the most important factors for the health and the success of the office buildings occupants. By applying the elements of biophilic design and their impact on the health of human-beings, we have been able to propose a future design strategies that can be applied in office spaces through the use of descriptive approach who applied in the office buildings, therefore to study the positive within the negative impact of this design on the employees to build a biophilic considerations for architects which can be use while designing an office buildings and work spaces.
