Abstract :Body composition is the composition of a human organism represented by the size and grouping of the existing measurable segments of which it is made. The aim of this review is to determine the effects of physical activity on body composition of children, based on collected and analysed study. Descriptive method and theoretical analysis have been used for collection , classification and analysis of the targeted study. The study was collected by searching electronic databases of scientific data. The case study includes 20 closely related studies. In all of them, except in one study within this review, the authors have come to the conclusion that physical activity has statistically significant positive effects on body composition of children.
