Abstract :First International educational technology conference and fair was held by Sakarya University and The Ministry of Education between October 28-30 2001 in Sakarya Turkey. The main topic was how to use technologyeffectively in education for teaching and learning. During this conference, 150 research papers were presented by academic teachers. Educitional Technologies Department Turkish Ministry of Education, Iowa and Ohio Universities assisted to organize this conference. 10 international professors joined and presented several papers.
