Abstract :Bu araştırma; bir müfessirin ihtiyaç duyduğu kuralları ve ilkeleri okuyucunun bilmesini, ayrıca ilimlerin kaideleştirilmesini ve bunlarda var olan kolaylaştırmayı ve tahkikleri bilmesini ve bu kural ve ilkelerin benzerlerinin vaz ve istinbat edilme yollarının bilinmesini hedeflemektedir.  This research aims to enable the reader to know the maxims and fundamentals needed by an exegete, and to know what they contain in terms of easiness, convenience, and proficiency, and to know the necessity of codification of knowledge, and the inference of the likes of these maxims and their formulation.
