Abstract :Hanefi mezhebinin tarihsel tecrübede nasıl işletildiğinin ortaya koyulması pek çok farklı konunun ele alınmasıyla mümkündür. Mezhebin mahiyetini de ortaya koyan bu husus mezhepler içi muhalefet kültürüyle de değerlendirilmiştir. Bu bağlamda çalışma mezhep içi fakihlerin kurucu imama muhalefeti üzerinden ele alınmaktadır. Böylece çalışma bir taraftan kurucu imamın konumunu, diğer taraftan mezhep müntesibi fakihlerin faaliyetlerini, özellikle de muhalefetlerinin mahiyetlerini ortaya koymaktadır.
