Abstract :Araştırmada 22 adet köpek kullanıldı. Köpekler L. grippolyphosa suşu ile enfekte edildi. Kan örnekleri enfeksiyon öncesi ve enfeksiyon sonrası 4. ve 8. günlerdealınarak mm3 kandaki eritrosit, lökosil ve trombosit sayıları ile hemoglobin düzeyleri ve hematokrit değerleri tespit edildi. Çalışmada tüm köpeklerde mm3 kandaki eritrosit sayıları, hematokrit değer ve hemoglobin düzeylerinde enfeksiyon öncesine göre, enfeksiyon sonrası 4. ve 8. günlerde giderek azalma görülürken, lökosit sayılarında gittikçe belirginleşen bir artış gözlendi, mm3 kandaki trombosit sayılarında enfeksiyon öncesine göre enfeksiyon sonrası 4. günde belirgin bir düşüş, 8. günde ise tekrar artış görüldü.
