Abstract :Each era has its own technology and called modern technology ; as they reached what the previous generation did not end up to it. The modern technology for such generation is questionable, whether it is globally widespread or limited and confined within its bordered. Using the technology is something and reproducing it and making contribution in developing the infrastructure of technology is something else. With regard to technology, community lays into two classes, whereas the first class is nothing but consumers’ communities, and the other class is the creative and innovative communities. In the light of knowledge and honesty of the educating people; the higher the level of knowledge they attained, the more developing community achieved. Their resources of technology are defined by their knowledge, unfortunately; not always they dig deep to get the latest science from the academic institutes where they were educated. The gap of technology between the produced community and consumed communities gets widening and the escarpment gets deeper, thus; lagging the developed community, and this is why such country called developing countries. Education and technology should interact to improve the outcomes that has direct influence on societal prosperity.
