Abstract :Dil abseleri, dilde ani ve ağrılı bir şişliğe yol açan oldukça nadir görülen enfeksiyonlardır. Otuz iki yaşında bir erkek hastada, dilde unilateral şişlik ile karakterize dil absesi olgusu sunularak, literatür eşliğinde dil abselerinin, etyolojisi, tanı ve tedavisi tartışıldı.
