Abstract :Arşivler, devletlerin ve kişilerin haklarını belgeler ve korur. Bir konuyu aydınlatmaya, düzenlemeye ve tespite yarar. Ait olduğu devrin örf ve adetlerini, içtimai yapısını, müesseselerin ve aralarındaki bağlantı ve münasebetlerini belirtir. Özele inildiğinde ise kişi ve ailelerin hak talep etmesinden kültürel mirasına kadar her şeyi ile alakalı belgelerdir. The archives document and maintain the rights of states and people. They help enlighten and arrange a subject; and give the details of the traditions, social structures, the relationship between the institutions related to the ages they are part of. When specified, they provide a great deal of details regarding the people’s or families’ claim for any kind of rights.
