Abstract :This study investigates how clan culture, defined as a collaborative, family-like environment, influences employee outcomes, focusing on workplace loneliness and psychological withdrawal, through the mediating role of organizational identification. Data were collected from 340 employees across various industries through a structured survey. The results support all three hypotheses, confirming that a strong clan culture enhances organizational identification, which subsequently decreases feelings of loneliness and reduces psychological withdrawal behaviors. These findings emphasize the crucial role of fostering a supportive, team-oriented organizational culture in promoting employee well-being and mitigating negative outcomes. Overall, this research enhances our comprehension of the ways in which organizational culture and identity-driven mechanisms affect important psychological experiences in the workplace. More precisely, the findings demonstrate that a clan-oriented culture and a strong sense of organizational belonging act as buffers, helping to prevent feelings of isolation and disengagement among employees. These conclusions offer valuable guidance for both academic researchers and business professionals aiming to foster healthier and more connected work environments. By strengthening employees\\\' emotional attachment to their organizations, companies can cultivate more engaged, connected, and resilient workforces. The study contributes to the broader understanding of how organizational culture shapes employee experiences.
