Abstract :Özet: Amisos teritoryumunda ortaya çıkan kilise kalıntısı, kentteki en erken kilise örneğini temsil etmektedir. Kilise kalıntısının zemininde yer alan M.S. 5. yüzyılı ön plana çıkaran taban mozaiği Yunan-Roma mozaik sanatının özelliklerini barındırmaktadır. Amisos kentinin Erken Bizans Dönemi’ne ait verileri ortaya koyması açısından kilise kalıntısı ve taban mozaiği önemli bir yere sahiptir. Abstract: The ruins of the church that was found in the Amisos territory represent the earliest church example in the city. The mosaic paving the ground floor of the church ruin which bring A.D. 5th century into the forefront also contains the characteristics of Greek-Roman mosaic art. The remains of the church and the floor mosaic have an important place in terms of revealing the data of the Early Byzantine period of the city of Amisos.
