Abstract :TARİHÖNCESİ insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(PREHİSTORİK); RESİM SANATI VE TARİHLENDİRME YÖNTEMLERİ ÜZERİNE BİR DEĞERLENDİRME AN EVALUATION ON PREHISTORIC ART AND DATING METHODS FOR PAINTINGS ABSTRACT The early examples of painting, especially in caves and rock shelters, surprised both scientists and artists in terms of prehistoric man\`s ability to depict the environment. The first discoveries made in the first half of the 1800s also led to the shaking of prejudices about prehistoric humans. In this study, the most known examples of prehistoric painting insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Chauvet, Lascaux, Altamira, etc.); were referred to, and the technology of the period, dyestuff and its application, the life of prehistoric people and dating methods and their reliability were evaluated together. The working principles of the methods used for dating such as C¹⁴ insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(carbon 14);, U-th insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(uranium thorium);, OSL, TL, and AMS, which are the most commonly used in early period caves and rock shelters, are given in general. ÖZ Özellikle mağaralar ve kaya sığınaklarında karşımıza çıkan resim sanatının erken örnekleri, tarihöncesi insanın çevreyi tasvir etme yeteneği konusunda hem bilim insanlarını hem sanatçıları şaşırtmıştır. 1800’lerin ilk yarısında yapılan ilk keşifler tarihöncesi insana dair önyargıların da sarsılmasına öncü olmuştur. Bu çalışmada tarihöncesi resim sanatı ile ilgili en çok bilinen örneklere insert ignore into journalissuearticles values( Chauvet, Lascaux, Altamira vb.); atıflarda bulunularak dönem teknolojisi, boyar madde ve uygulanması, tarihöncesi insanın yaşamı ve tarihlendirme yöntemleri ile bunların güvenilirlikleri konuları bir arada değerlendirilmeye alınmıştır. Erken dönem mağara ve kaya sığınaklarında en çok kullanılan C¹⁴ insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(karbon 14);, U-th insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(uranyum toryum);, OSL, TL, ve AMS gibi tarihlendirme için kullanılan yöntemlerin çalışma prensiplerine genel olarak yer verilmiştir.
