Abstract :In dem Satz cbi tice mei nipe ntepi tâtu tibei nipe hlmmi tuwelu der bcidcrı termilisehen Fclsgrabinschriftcn insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(88; 93); aus Myra hat man das Wort hlmmi mit ‘Totcnbctt’ und darnit auch ‘Sarg’ übersetzt. Dicscr Satz heisst dann: ‘Einen andern hicr nicht dazu ins Grab bringe öder nicht dazu einen Sarg stil’te’. Das gibt an sich einen guten Sinn. Nur fragt es sich, warum hier für ‘Sarg’ nicht das drei Worte früher stehende und auch sonst übliche tezi gebraucht ist. Diese Übersetzung sucht Otto Haas in sciner Arbeit über “Altklcinasiatischc Elemente im Phrygischcn” insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Jahrbuch für klein- asiatisehe Forschung III, 1955, 129 ff.); noch dadurch zu stützen, dass er das phrygische Wort Sâkajııç ‘Totenbank’ mit diesem Wort hlmmi gleichsetzt.
