Abstract :The concept of sustainable development has been heavily involved in the literature for more than a quarter of a century. Sustainable development is expressed as the development that meets the needs of today by using scarce resources efficiently without ignoring the needs of future generations. In addition, it is aimed to present a literature framework to those who will work on sustainable development with the study. In the study, the distribution of studies on sustainable development by years, the authors who published the most, the institutions of the authors, the distribution of the articles according to the journals, the distribution of the citations by years and the distribution of the most cited work according to the years were determined.
