Abstract :  Özet Bu çalışma, Dr. Hüseyin Nassar`ı, “el - Mu cemu`l - Arabiyyu Neş`etuhu ve Tetavvuru” isimli eserinin 611 - 627. sayfalar arasıdaki “asasu` - Meaimi elletîNehtau İeyha” isimli böüü Tükçye aktarııı. Bu eserde yazar, Arapç hazılanan sölüleri ayrıtııolarak incelemeye çlışışı. Hazılanan bu çviri, ihtiyaçduyulan sölülerde bulunmasıgereken öellikleri ele almaktadı. Bu bağamda, konuyla ilgili kayda değr eserleri bulunan Butrus el - Bustaî Abdullah el - Alaylıve Profesö Fisher`in göüşerine yer verilmişir. Sözlükler hazırlanırken, açıklanan kelimeler resimler kullanarak izah edilmeli, madde başlıkları koyu, anlamları rakamlandırılarak verilmeli, kelimeler sıralanırken belirli bir sisteme göre sıralanmalı ve bu da eserin mukaddimesinde açıklanmalıdır.   Yapılması gereken ilk şey, sözlük alanında atılan her adımın ince çalışmalarla olmasıdır. Alfabetik sistem tatbik edilmeli. Kullanılan veya bilinmesine çok ihtiyaç duyulan kelimeler tercih edilmeli. Bütün türlerdeki müfredatlarla, ilim ve ıstılahlarla sözlükleri doldurmamak gerekir. Fiil babları, isim ve sıfat çekimleri, kelimenin müzekker ve müenneslerinin her biri için madde içinde belirli bir bölüm konulmalı. Bunlar batılı herhangi bir sözlükte görüldüğü gibi, doğrudan doğruya kelimeler den sonra konulan işaretlerle belirlenmelidir. Abstract This study is the translate of the section `Hasaisu`l - Meacimi Elletî Nehtacu Ileyha` to Turkish which located in Dr. Huseyin Nassar`s work between pages 611 - 627, that called as `al - Mu cemu`l -Arabiya and the Nes`etuhu Tetavvuru`. In this work the author has tried to examinate the dictionaries which are prepared Arabic lengthily. This translation handles the necessary features of the needed dictionaries. In this context, Butrus el- Bustanî, Abdullah el- Alaylı and Profesor Fisher`s views has also been handeled During the preparation of dictionaries, words should be explained by using photos and section headings should be black and in bold font, meanings should be given with a numbered form, words should be listed according to a specific system and all of these should be explained in prologue of the work.   First of all dictionary studies should be carried out with a great sensitivity. Alphabetical system should be applied, the words that are used or much-needed words should be preferred for the dictionary. Dic tionaries shouldn`t be filled with all types of curriculum and with the terminologies. There should be a section in dictionaries for verb forms, noun and adjective conjugations, and male - female forms of words. And all of these should be determined with the signs which are placed directly after words such as in any western dictionary.
