Abstract :Öz: Marshall’ın İtalyan takipçileri odak noktasını küçük firmaların oluşturduğu kümeden daha geniş bir perspektifle topluluğun kaynaşmasına ve birbirleri ile ilişkili firmalara yöneltmişler; böylece endüstriyel bölge kavramının ekonomik olmayan, sosyobölgesel boyutunu kuvvetlendirmişlerdir. Dei Ottati, bölgelerin başarısı için işbirliğinin gerekli bir koşul olduğunu söylemektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı yeni endüstriyel bölge kavramsal çerçevesi içinde, endüstriyel bölge tanımının ayrılmaz bir parçası olan işbirliğini araştırmaktır. Ayrıca çalışmada değerler sistemi, karşılıklı işbirliği geleneği, kolektif ve kişisel sermaye olarak güven, beşeri sermaye, değişimin kaynakları, yaratıcılık ve yenilik, rekabet ve işbirliği konuları da irdelenmiştir. Anahtar Kelimeler: endüstriyel bölge, Marshall tipi endüstriyel bölgeler, yeni endüstriyel bölgeler, işbirliği, güven.   Cooperation within New Industrial Districts Abstract: Marshall\`s Italian followers have oriented the focus point from the agglomeration of small firms to the saturation of the community and the interconnected firms with a broader perspective; therefore strengthened the non-economic socio-regional dimension of the industrial district concept. Dei Ottati states that cooperation is a vital condition for the success of districts. The aim of this study is to investigate the cooperation, which is an inherent component of industrial district definition, within the new industrial district contextual frame. System of values, human capital, reciprocal cooperation tradition, trust as a collective and personal capital, resources of change, creativeness and innovation, competition and cooperation are also examined in the study.
