Abstract :Özet: Bu çalışmanın amacı, muhasebe meslek mensuplarının işletmelerin beklentilerini karşılama düzeylerini araştırmaktır. Çalışmada öncelikle benzer çalışmalara ait literatür araştırmasına yer verilmiştir. Çalışmanın uygulama bölümünde, Erzincan ili sınırları içerisinde faaliyet gösteren işletmelerin, muhasebe kayıtlarını tutan meslek elemanlarından memnuniyet düzeyi ölçülmeye çalışılmıştır. Bunun için, işletme yöneticileri ile yüz yüze anket yöntemi uygulanmıştır. Erzincan ili sınırları içerisinde faaliyet gösteren 61 işletme yöneticisi ile yapılan anket çalışması sonucu, işletmelerin muhasebe işlemlerini yapan muhasebe meslek mensuplarından memnuniyet düzeyi belirlenmiştir. Ankette, 28 anket sorusu ile işletme yetkilisinin, bilimsel ve teknik olarak önceden belirlenmiş yeterliliklere, muhasebe elemanının hangi düzeyde sahip olduğunu tespit etmesi istenmiştir. Anket sonuçları sayısal ve oransal olarak tablolara dönüştürülerek değerlendirilmiş ve bu değerlendirmelerin sonucunda, işletmelerin muhasebe elemanlarından memnuniyet düzeyinin genel olarak yeterli düzeyde olmadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. The Level Corresponds to Business Expectations of Accounting Profession Members -Erzincan Province Sample- Abstract: The aim of this study is to investigate The Level Corresponds to Business Expectations of the Accounting Profession Members. In this study, the first stages are provided to research the literature belonging to similar efforts. The application section of the study is Erzincan province enterprises operating within the boundaries of the accounting records are professionals that keep the level of satisfaction. To do this, business managers arranged face to face with the survey method has been applied. It operates within the boundaries of the province of Erzincan’s 61 businesses in the survey with businesses engaged in the accounting profession. They are members of accounting operations. In the survey, 28 poll with the question as the business, scientific and technical qualifications, accounting elements of predetermined have been asked to identify which level of Poll results have been evaluated as numeric and proportional. The results are converted to tables and as a result of this assessment, the level of satisfaction of the accounting of enterprises in General concluded that an adequate level has been reached.
