Abstract :The use of websites of public institutions responsible for migration solely as a digital resource prevents research aimed at identifying deficiencies in these websites and improving them. This creates obstacles in accessing the information and services that foreigners who want to use official migration websites seek. Within the scope of this research, it is aimed to determine the content of the websites of migration public administrations of Türkiye and EU countries, which are subject to intense migration flows, and to calculate their functionalities. In addition, it is aimed to determine the current technologies used in these sites and the relationship between the number of foreigners in the relevant country and the functionality rate of the website of that country. The research was designed within the framework of qualitative research method and conducted with content analysis method. Research data were collected through an evaluation form created by the researchers and analyzed using MAXQDA 2024 and Microsoft Excel programs. Within the scope of the research, content analysis of the relevant websites was conducted, and functionality scores for users were calculated. In this context, it was understood that more than half of the websites had functionality scores above the calculated average, and generally these websites focused on providing information to users.
