Abstract :This article examines traditional model of formation of the Kazakh proper names, marked, that the Kazakh onomastic system traditionally possesses exceptional riches of language receptions. However the traditional model of onomastic formation is exposed to pernicious influence. The Colonial Politics of Russian Imperialism and ideology of soviet power assisted in the massed introduction of the alien ideological proper names. Originality, national specific of the Kazakh onomastic system has been suffered as a result.
