Abstract :Yerli zeytin çeşitlerimizden Gemlik, Uslu, Memecik’in kış soğuklama ihtiyaçtan araştırılmış ve her üç çeşit için de 350 saatin (7,2℃ altındaki saatlerin toplamı) yeterli olduğu bulunmuştur.
