Abstract :Gemlik, Domat, Ayvalık ve Çakır yerli zeytin çeşitlerinin soğuklama ihtiyaçları incelenmiş ve Gemlik çeşidinin 600 saate ihtiyaç duyduğu, diğer çeşitlerin ise 1000 saati aştığı tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca, 41 yerli ceviz çeşidi ve 12 yabancı pekan çeşidi de soğuklama çalışmasına dahil edilmiştir.
