Abstract :Moldova’nın Gagauz Yeri Özerk Bölgesinde konuşulan Gagauzca tehlike altındaki dillerden biridir. Bu makale Gagauz konuşurların Gagauzca, Rusça ve Moldovanca’ya karşı tutumlarını incelemektedir. Sonuçlar yaş, cinsiyet ve yerleşim yeri açısından değerlendirilmiştir. Daha genç olan ve şehirlerde yaşayan Gagauz konuşurların Rusça’ya karşı daha olumlu işlevsel tutumlarının olduğu görülmektedir. Öte yandan daha yaşlı ve köylerde yaşayan katılımcıların ise Gagauzca’ya karşı daha olumlu duygusal tutumlara sahiptir.
