Abstract :Bu araştırma, Pozantı Dağı’nın florasını tespit etmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bölgeden 1994-1996 yılları arasında yaklaşık 1800 bitki örneği toplanmış olup 77 familya ve 355 cinse ait 854 takson tespit edilmiştir. Çalışma alanında 2 takson Pteridophyta ve 852 takson Magnoliophyta divisiosuna aittir. Mevcut taksonlardan 165’i endemik olup endemizm oranı %19,3’dür. Taksonların fitocoğrafik bölgelere göre dağılımları şöyledir; Iran-Turan elementleri %28.5, Akdeniz elementleri %18.8 ve Avrupa-Sibirya elementleri %5.5’dir
